Sign up for Trochai with email or Google, create your organization, and select a plan to get started.
Create Account
To start using Trochai, you need to create an account, select a plan, and set up your organization. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
Signup options
Trochai offers two ways to create your account:
- Email and password -- The classic method. Enter your details and create a password.
- Google -- Sign in with your Google account in a single click. Ideal if you already use Google Workspace at your agency.
Both options create the exact same account with the same features.
Sign up with email
Open the signup page
Visit app.trochai.com/signup or click Sign Up from the login page.
Fill in the form
Complete the following fields:
- Full name: Your name as you want it to appear on the platform and in conversations.
- Organization name: Your real estate agency's name (for example, "Costa Rica Homes" or "Del Valle Realty"). This name will be displayed in the application sidebar.
- Email: Your work email. This will be your username to sign in.
- Password: At least 6 characters. Choose a strong password.
- Confirm password: Re-enter the password to verify.
Create the account
Click Sign Up. The system will create your account, your organization, and sign you in automatically.
If the email is already registered, you'll see an error message. In that case, try signing in or use the "Forgot password" option.
Select a plan
After creating your account, you'll be redirected to the plan selection page. Here you can choose from the available plans:

You can also choose annual billing to get a 17% discount.
Complete payment
When you select a plan, a secure checkout window will open for you to enter your payment method. You'll be charged immediately upon confirming payment.
Sign up with Google
Click "Sign up with Google"
On the signup page, click the Sign up with Google button that appears at the top of the form.
Authorize with Google
A Google window will open where you need to select your Google account and sign in. Trochai will request access to your name and email.
Enter your organization name
After authenticating with Google, you'll be asked to enter your organization name (real estate agency). This is the only additional piece of information needed.
Select plan and complete payment
Just like with email signup, you'll be redirected to select a plan and complete the payment process.
What gets created when you sign up
When you create your account on Trochai, the system automatically:
- Creates your user profile with the Administrator role.
- Creates your organization with the name you provided.
- Generates a unique subdomain for your organization (for example,
my-agency.trochai.com). This subdomain is based on your organization's name and is the URL where your team will access the application. - Activates your subscription with full access based on the selected plan.
As the account creator, you automatically receive the Administrator role. This gives you full access to all settings, including billing, user management, and WhatsApp configuration.
Your organization's subdomain
In production, each organization has its own subdomain:
my-agency.trochai.com-- Access to the inbox, properties, projects, templates, and analytics.settings.trochai.com-- Organization settings (shared across all organizations).app.trochai.com-- Authentication pages (login, signup).
Your session works across all subdomains, so you don't need to sign in multiple times.
Welcome tour
The first time you sign in, Trochai will show you a guided tour that introduces the main sections of the application: Inbox, Properties, Templates, Analytics, and Settings. The tour takes less than a minute and helps you get familiar with the interface quickly.
If you want to see the tour again at any time, you can reset it from Preferences in the user menu.
Sign in to an existing account
If you already have an account, visit app.trochai.com/login and sign in with your email and password or with Google.
If you forgot your password, click Forgot password and follow the instructions to reset it via email.
