Analytics
The Trochai analytics dashboard gives you a complete view of your real estate agency's WhatsApp performance. From conversation volume to agent performance, all the information you need is in one place.
Accessing the analytics dashboard
Open Analytics
In the sidebar, click Analytics. The dashboard will open with data from the last 30 days by default.
Select a date range
In the top-right corner, you will find a time range selector with three options:
- Last 7 days -- ideal for viewing recent trends and weekly activity.
- Last 30 days -- the default view, useful for monthly analysis.
- Last 90 days -- perfect for identifying long-term trends.
When you change the range, all dashboard sections update automatically.
Dashboard sections
The analytics dashboard is divided into six main sections. Each one shows different information about your agency's operations:

| Conversations | Total conversations, bot vs agent handling, escalations, and daily trend |
| Message Volume | Messages sent and received per day, with a comparison chart |
| Agent Performance | Agent ranking, messages sent, average response time |
| Lead Funnel | Lead stages, conversion rates, and top sources |
| Property Performance | Views, WhatsApp clicks, schedule clicks, and CTR per property |
| Top Searches | Most searched areas, budget ranges, and requested features |
Metric cards
Each section starts with metric cards that display a key number alongside a representative icon. When applicable, cards include a percentage showing the proportion relative to the total.
For example, in the conversations section you will see:
- Total conversations -- the number of conversations in the period.
- Bot-handled -- conversations where the AI assistant responded without human intervention, with its percentage of the total.
- Human-handled -- conversations where a human agent stepped in.
- Escalated -- conversations where the bot transferred attention to a human agent.
Charts and tables
Beyond the metric cards, the dashboard includes:
- Daily bar chart -- shows the day-by-day trend for conversations and message volume. Hover over a bar to see the exact date and count.
- Message volume chart -- stacked bars comparing received (inbound) and sent (outbound) messages per day.
- Property performance table -- sortable table with views, clicks, and CTR per property.
- Visual lead funnel -- horizontal bars showing how many leads are in each stage.
- Agent ranking -- list with avatar, name, and proportional progress bar.
Permissions
Only users with the Admin or Viewer role can access the analytics dashboard. Agents do not have access to this section.
If you need an agent to see analytics, an admin can change their role to Viewer from Settings > Team.
Data refresh
Data loads automatically when you open the page and every time you change the date range. There is no need to manually refresh the page.
If you notice data is not updating, try:
- Switching the date range and switching back.
- Reloading the page with F5 or Ctrl+R.
Metrics reflect data as of the last load. To see the most recent messages, reload the analytics dashboard.
