Getting Started
Trochai is a smart WhatsApp inbox designed specifically for real estate agencies in Costa Rica. It lets you centralize all your agency's WhatsApp conversations in one place, assign agents, and activate an AI assistant that automatically answers property inquiries.
What you can do with Trochai
- Unified inbox: All your agency's WhatsApp messages arrive in a centralized panel, accessible from any browser.
- AI assistant: An intelligent bot answers questions about your properties, searches for options based on client criteria, and escalates the conversation to a human agent when needed.
- Property management: Upload your property inventory with photos, prices, locations, and amenities. The bot uses this data to provide accurate responses.
- WhatsApp templates: Send Meta-approved messages to clients outside the 24-hour window.
- Analytics: View conversation metrics, response times, and bot usage.
- Roles and permissions: Administrators, agents, and viewers with different access levels.
Steps to get started
Create your account
Sign up with email or Google. Select a plan, complete payment, and start using Trochai immediately.
Connect WhatsApp
Link your WhatsApp Business number to Trochai. The recommended method is the embedded Facebook signup, which configures everything automatically.
Invite your team
Add agents and administrators to your organization so they can handle conversations.
Learn the interface
Get familiar with the sidebar, main sections, and customization options.
Handle your first conversation
Receive a WhatsApp message, reply from the inbox, and activate the AI bot.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge in its latest version).
- A Meta Business Manager account with a verified WhatsApp Business number. If you don't have one, you can create it during the connection process.
- Access to the email address you'll use to sign up.
Trochai runs entirely in the browser. You don't need to install any desktop or mobile application. Your entire team can access it from any device with an internet connection.
