Overview of settings sections, role-based access, and navigation.

Settings

The Settings section lets you customize how Trochai works for your agency. Here you manage everything from the organization profile to lead assignment rules, the WhatsApp connection, and the AI bot.

How to access

In the sidebar, click Settings. The tabbed view opens with all available sections.

In production, settings live at settings.trochai.com. All organizations share this subdomain, but each one only sees its own data.

Role-based access

Trochai has three user roles. Settings access depends on the assigned role:

AgentPersonal profile and preferences only
ViewerPersonal profile and preferences only

If you are not an admin and try to access organization settings, you will see an "Access denied" message. Contact your administrator if you need to make changes.

Tab navigation

Settings sections are organized as horizontal tabs at the top of the page:

  • Organization -- profile and branding
  • Users -- team
  • Channels -- WhatsApp and assignment rules
  • Tags -- conversation organization
  • Bot -- AI assistant
  • Support -- support tickets
  • Billing -- plan and usage

The Profile and Preferences pages are accessed from the user menu in the sidebar and do not require admin permissions.

Next step

Start by reviewing your organization settings to make sure the name, logo, and timezone are correct.
