Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration allows Trochai to schedule property visits directly on your calendar. When a lead requests a visit through the AI bot or an agent schedules one from the platform, the event is automatically created in your Google Calendar.
Why connect Google Calendar
In real estate, property visits are an essential part of the sales process. The Google Calendar integration:
- Prevents double bookings: the system checks your actual availability before proposing time slots.
- Automates event creation: when a visit is scheduled, the event appears on your calendar with all the details.
- Centralizes your schedule: no need to switch between Trochai and your calendar to check availability.
Connecting your Google account
The Google Calendar integration is configured from your Profile page, not from the organization settings. This means each agent connects their own calendar individually.
Navigate to your Profile page from the user menu in the sidebar.
Scroll down to the Google Calendar section.
Click Connect Google Calendar. A Google authorization window will open.
Sign in to your Google account and authorize access to your calendar.
You will be redirected back to Trochai. You will see a green Connected indicator next to the section title.
Each agent must connect their own Google account. The connection is per-user, not per-organization.
Configuring your availability
Once connected, you can configure the following parameters:
Business hours
Define the hours you are available for property visits, day by day:
- Enable or disable each day of the week with the switch.
- Set the start and end time for each active day.
- Default: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Buffer time between visits
The minimum time Trochai leaves between one visit and the next. This gives you time to travel between properties.
Available options: 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min. The default is 30 minutes.
Default visit duration
The duration assigned by default to each scheduled visit.
Available options: 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min. The default is 60 minutes.
Timezone
The timezone used to calculate availability and create calendar events.
Available timezones:

Saving the configuration
After adjusting your schedule, buffer, duration, and timezone, click Save settings to apply the changes.
Disconnecting Google Calendar
If you want to disconnect your Google account:
- In the Google Calendar section of your profile, click Disconnect.
- The connection will be removed immediately.
Disconnecting the calendar does not delete visit events that were already created. It only stops creating new events.
