Photos & Media
Upload photos, reorder images, set the cover image, and add videos and 3D virtual tours to your properties.
Photos & Media
Photos are one of the most important elements of a property. They appear on the public page, in the properties table, and are shared by the WhatsApp bot when recommending properties to your clients.
Uploading photos
The media section is found within the property creation or editing form, under the Media section.
How to upload photos
In the property form, scroll down to the Media section.
Click the drop zone or drag files directly from your computer.
Select one or multiple photos from your device.
Photos are uploaded automatically and appear as thumbnails below the drop zone.
Limits and formats
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum photos | 20 per property |
| Maximum size per photo | 5 MB |
| Accepted formats | JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC |
If you try to upload a photo that exceeds 5 MB, you will see an error message and the photo will not be uploaded. Reduce the image size before trying again.
Drag and drop
The upload zone supports drag and drop. Simply drag image files from your file explorer or desktop directly onto the upload zone. The zone highlights in color when it detects files being dragged over it.
You can drag multiple photos at once. If the total number of photos would exceed the limit of 20, only enough photos to reach the limit will be uploaded.
Cover image
The first photo in the list is automatically used as the cover image. This image:
- Appears as a thumbnail in the properties table
- Is the first image seen in the public page gallery
- Is used as the preview image when sharing the link on WhatsApp or social media (Open Graph)
To change the cover image, reorder the photos so that the desired image is in the first position.
Reordering photos
You can change the order of photos using the arrow buttons that appear when hovering over each thumbnail:
- Up arrow --- Moves the photo one position before (to the left or up)
- Down arrow --- Moves the photo one position after (to the right or down)
Photo order matters: it determines the gallery order on the public page and which photo is used as the cover. Place the most attractive photos first.
Deleting photos
To delete a photo, hover over the thumbnail and click the red button with the X icon that appears in the upper right corner.
The photo is removed from the list immediately. To confirm the change, make sure to save the property by clicking Create property or Update property.
Videos
In addition to photos, you can add a link to a property video:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Video URL | Full link to a video (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo). |
Enter the full video URL in the corresponding field. The video is not embedded directly on the public page, but it is recorded in the property as a reference.
3D virtual tours
You can add a link to a 3D virtual tour (such as Matterport or similar):
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| 3D tour URL | Link to an interactive virtual tour. |
The 3D tour is embedded directly on the property's public page as an interactive iframe. Visitors can explore the property in 360 degrees without leaving the page.
For the 3D tour to display correctly, use the embed URL from the tour provider. For example, for Matterport use the URL that starts with https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=...
Photo best practices
For the best results with the bot and public pages:
- Use high-quality photos but within the 5 MB limit. Clear, well-lit images generate more interest.
- Place the most attractive photo first --- this will be the cover and the preview when sharing.
- Include variety --- exterior, interior, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, views.
- Avoid duplicate or very similar photos to make the most of the 20 available slots.
- Use WebP format when possible: it offers better compression without losing quality, which makes pages load faster.
Media in projects
Projects also support photos, videos, and 3D tours with the same rules and limits. Project photos are displayed on the project's public page (/pr/[slug]).
