Prepaid AI message credits: available sizes, pricing, how to purchase, and checking your balance.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are prepaid AI message credits that you can purchase at any time to supplement your monthly allowance. Unlike the messages included in your plan, pack credits never expire and carry over between billing periods.

Larger packs offer a better per-message rate. If your agency regularly consumes messages beyond your monthly allowance, the Large pack provides the greatest savings.

How packs work

Consumption order

AI messages are consumed in a specific order:

  1. Monthly included messages -- Used first. These reset at the start of each billing cycle.
  2. Credit balance -- When monthly messages are exhausted, the bot automatically starts using pack credits.
  3. No balance -- If both are depleted, the bot pauses automatically and you receive alerts (see Credit Alerts).

Credits never expire

Pack credits remain in your account indefinitely. They are not lost at the end of the month or when you change plans. They are only consumed when the bot uses them to reply to messages.

Monthly messages do not roll over

Unlike pack credits, the messages included in your monthly plan that you do not use are not transferred to the next period. They reset to zero at the start of each billing cycle.

Credit packs are independent of your subscription plan. If you change plans, your pack credits remain intact.

How to purchase a pack

Go to Settings > Billing

Navigate to the billing section from the sidebar menu.

Find the Credit Packs section

Scroll down until you find the three available pack cards.

Click Buy

Select the pack you want and click the Buy button. A secure checkout window will open to complete the payment.

Credits added instantly

Once payment is completed, the credits are added immediately to your pack balance. There is no need to wait or restart anything.

To purchase credit packs, your organization must have an active subscription (i.e., you must be on an active paid plan).

Viewing your message balance

Your total AI message balance is displayed on the AI Message Balance card at the top of the billing page. This card shows:

  • Total available -- The sum of remaining monthly messages + pack credits
  • Monthly allowance -- How many monthly included messages you have left and your plan total
  • From packs -- Your current balance of purchased pack credits
  • Progress bar -- Visually shows what percentage of your monthly allowance you have consumed

Color coding

The balance card uses colors to indicate status:

  • Green -- You have sufficient messages available
  • Yellow -- You have consumed more than 80% of your monthly allowance
  • Red -- Your monthly allowance is depleted (you may be using pack credits)

Usage history

Below the balance card, you can expand the Usage History section to see:

  • A bar chart showing daily AI message consumption
  • The daily average of messages consumed
  • The peak day (highest consumption)
  • A detailed table with daily breakdown of AI messages, WhatsApp messages received/sent, and tokens consumed

Projected usage

The balance card also displays projected usage for the current billing period. This calculation is based on your average daily consumption and tells you whether you are on track to stay within your allowance or might need to purchase an additional pack.

Possible statuses:

  • On track -- Your projected usage is within your monthly allowance
  • Approaching limit -- You are projected to use more than 80% of your allowance
  • Over limit -- You are projected to exceed your monthly allowance

FAQ

Can I purchase multiple packs at once?

You can purchase packs one at a time. Each purchase is processed as a separate transaction. Credits accumulate in your balance.

Do pack credits transfer if I change plans?

Yes. Pack credits are independent of the plan and are retained even if you upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription.

Is there a limit to how many credits I can accumulate?

There is no maximum cap on pack credit balance.

Can I get a refund for unused packs?

Credit packs are non-refundable one-time purchases. Since credits never expire, you can use them at any point in the future.
