Monthly vs. annual billing
All plans (except Custom) offer an annual billing option at a discount equivalent to 2 months free. That represents approximately 17% savings.

You can toggle between monthly and annual billing using the selector in the plans section of Settings > Billing.
What counts as an AI message
An AI message is counted each time the bot automatically replies to a WhatsApp contact. The following scenarios produce a single AI message:
- A contact writes "Hi" and the bot replies with a greeting
- A contact asks about properties and the bot performs a search and replies
- A contact sends 4 quick messages in a row -- the bot batches them and replies once
The following do not count as AI messages:
- Messages you or your agents send manually
- WhatsApp template messages
- Contact messages that do not trigger a bot reply (e.g., when the bot is disabled)
What happens when messages run out
When your monthly included messages and pack balance are both depleted, the behavior depends on your configuration:
The bot pauses automatically and incoming messages are escalated to a human agent. You receive alerts both in-app and via the top banner. The bot reactivates at the start of the next cycle or when you purchase a pack. See Credit Alerts for details.
Promotional codes
Trochai periodically offers discount codes. You can enter a code in the plans section before selecting a plan. The discount is applied directly at checkout.
If you have a promotional code, make sure to enter it before clicking the upgrade button. The discount will be reflected in the displayed prices.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. See Manage Subscription for details about proration and how changes work.
